| Description | In the spring of 1903 Edward Gardner Lewis broke ground for his new publishing company headquarters on Delmar Boulevard in St. Louis County. Friends, associates and employees gathered for the event. The buildings and scenic railroad at Delmar Garden Amusement Park are visible just east of the site for Lewis' new building. |
