Description | When Edward Gardner Lewis built the new headquarters for the Lewis Publishing Company, he also built a printing plant to house the presses and other equipment used in the production of "The Woman's Magazine" and "The Woman's Farm Journal." This photograph shows the interior of the building during construction. The building was 100 feet wide by 275 feet long. |
