Description	This Shingle style house at 6925 Amherst Avenue in University Heights #1 was one of a group of houses on Amherst built on speculation by the University Heights Realty and Development Company between 1906 and 1907. The house was pictured in Lewis' publication "The American Woman's League and University City," published in early 1908. The first resident was W. V. Teasdale.
