DescriptionThis photograph of the lobby of the Woman's Magazine Building was taken during construction. The magnificent stair railing built by Winslow of Chicago has been installed, but William Bailey's sculptures of the maidens are not yet in place and the mosaic tile floor has not been laid. Offices around the perimeter were designed to house the People's United States Bank.
