Description	The Commercial Commission of Japan visited University City and the Lewis Publishing Company on November 11, 1909, although the date on the photograph is November 18, 1909, apparently an error on the part of the darkroom staff. The group gathered on the front steps of the Woman's Magazine Building included (front row, left to right) Toshio Matsumari, Nedzu Kaichiro, Edward Gardner Lewis, James E. Smith, Baron Shibusawa, David R. Francis and Nathan Frank. This photograph appeared in "The Woman's National Daily" on November 13, 1909.
