Financial difficulties caused the League to be short of funds before the Chapter House was complete, but the ladies rose to the occasion and raised the funds to complete it. Chapter officers were President, Mrs. A. S. Porter; Vice President, Mrs. F. E. Marsh; Treasurer, Mrs. Estelle G. Lowery; and Secretry, Mrs. S. A. Baldwin.
