The works were primarily those of noted ceramic artist Adelaide Robineau, including her stunning Scarab vase. The League was awarded the Grand Prize over exhibits from across Europe and Asia. The Committee on Awards also recommended that the Grand Prize be awarded to Mrs. Robineau, but Grand Prizes were only awarded to exhibits, not to individuals. This Certificate was presented to the League, along with a gold medal. | Format | Text/tif | Publisher | University City Public Library | Source | Heavy stock; printed in color; illuminated; staining lower edge; mounted; document size 31.5" x 23.75; printed image size 29.25" x 20.75" | Subject | International Exposition of Industries and Achievement (Turin, Italy) | Subject | American Woman's League | Subject | Robineau, Adelaide Alsop, 1865-1929 | Subject | University City Pottery (University City, Mo.) | Subject.Keyword | Art pottery | Subject.Keyword | Expositions | Title | Grand Prize Certificate | Type | Text |
